AL Community Action Agency of Northern Alabama Alabama Business Charitable Trust Pre-Weatherization Repair 20,000
AL Organized Community Action Program, Inc. Alabama Power (Southern Co) Centsable Energy Program                           Amount:  $25,000         Allow an average of $800.00 per house.  Will allow $1600 with ABC approval.
AL Dallas-Selma Community Action Development CorInc. Alabama-Tombigbee Regional Commission on aging provided $10,000 (funds) for WAP/DOE clients 60 years of age and older.  Funds used for labor and materials.
AR Crawford-Sebastian Community Developmt Council 7 units received energy efficiency work mixed with the City of Fort Smith's Housing Loan Assistance Program.  The city's HLAP fund in total was $158,000 for the 7 units
AR Crowley's Ridge Development Council USDA Rural Develoment, Housing Preservation (HPG) funds and 504 loan and grant funds are combined with DOE/WAP funds whenever possible.
AZ Gila  County Community Services State URRD Funds 11,000.00 New Donated Hot Water Heaters 10 units                           We have to have other funds cannot run a DOE only program
CA Community Resource Project, Inc. $24,000.00 Yuba County funding coordinated with the USDA contract.  Utility Appliance Program provided energy efficient refrigerators purchased by SMUD and installed in LIHEAP/DOE eligible dwellings. -$52,348.00
CA North Coast Energy Services 10 homes received rehabilitation from USDA funds and Weatherization funds from DOE/WAP
CO Energy Resouce Center of the Pikes Peak Region United Way- $35,000.  El Paso County- $8500
FL Baker County Board of County Commissioners Baker County has received approximately $18,706 in donated material and labor since the start of fiscal year 201-2002.  We continue to aggressively seek leveraging partners, volunteers.

OK Community Action Organization Agency received two grants from WA City office of community development.  $20,000 funded the installation of WX measures.  $25,000 funded low cost materials for WX programs.  There was a $5,063 balance in a Bonneville Power administrative grant expenditur
OK Community Action Program of East Central Oregon We coordinated a project with a private group that was awarded to rehabilitate homes from Gilliam County.  Our agency contributed WX funds to help households with allowable measures.
OR Redevelopment Authority of the County of Erie An additional $50,000 was received from the Erie County Affordable Housing Trust Fund.  This money was used in conjunction with the DOE & Utility Funds for emergency situations and minor home repairs not covered by existing programs in Erie County, such a
PA South Central Human Resource Agency A pilot program for all Electric homes with a budget of $10,747 provided through the Tennessee Valley Authority to install low-flo shower heads and energy efficient lighting to 25 units qualified and receiving DOE and LIHEAP funds. 
TN Southwest Human Resource Agency We Held a work camp                 Materials amounted to approx $30,000.  Labor amounted to approx $94,312.                           Repairs were done on homes that were not allowable with weatherization money                
TX Nueces County Community Action Agency CDBG City of Corpus Christi Weatherization Partnership Program
TX Big Bend Community Action Agency Contractor will at times donate material and labor to the programs at the end of PY when resources have been exhausted $500.00-$800.00
TX Programs for Human Services, Inc. When we Weatherize Multi-Family Units - the owners of the complexes contribute, when applicable 25% of the total Weatherization cost.
VA Southeastern Tidewater Opportunity Project Community Contribution by Businesses and private individuals
